Soothing Back Yoga

A gentle yoga practice that focuses on stretching and releasing tension in the lower back. This practice is designed for people that have sensitive or any lower back pain. The yoga poses are safe and will help improve flexibility and strengthen the core. The class will focus on lengthening your spine, stretch your muscles and return your back to its proper alignment so you avoid back injury and relive any pain if you have already experienced it. This class is for all levels and begingers are welcome! 

 

Warrior Yoga

Warrior yoga offers the opportunity to strengthen and stretch your body while developing mental focus and control.  Classes are alignment oriented and creatively sequenced.  Expect to work hard and relax deeply.  Practitioners of all level and abilities are welcome.

 

Kids Yoga 

 

 

A high energy, fun-filled exercise class, facilitated in a safe and motivating environment. Classes utilize obstacle courses, fitness games, partner/team activities, and body-weight exercises helping the kids to improve strength, endurance, agility, coordination and self-esteem.

Stronger you Bootcamp

In this class you will be using Kettlebells, bands, balls and body weight for an all-round fitness experience to train your muscles to deal with everyday experiences.

Benefits from the functional exercises provided are improved muscular endurance and strength, balance, all with the view to improving your quality of life.

 

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a hour movement(asanas) and breathing (pranayama), that works the body, mind, and spirit. It is perfect for all levels of yoga practitioners as we offer many ranges of position levels for the same posture. You can take it as hard or slow as you want, depending on how your body feels.  Breathing techniques and a full body workout will be sure to make you feel great! 

 

Vinyasa Yoga

The word "Vinyasa" can be translated as "arranging something in a special way", like yoga poses for example. In Vinyasa Yoga classes students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. 

This class will be mixed levels of vinyasa, so everyone is invited. We will always focus on breathing, stretching our muscles, and all classes will include core strengthening work. Sequences will vary from class to class, but basic principles of mindfulness and well-being will remain intact. You will get a good power workout and you will challenge yourself in every class. 

 

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a martial art originating in Thailand, this physical and mental discipline that will give you a full body workout. Every warrior needs to discover fighting moves that are known as "the art of eight weapons", characterized by combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, and feet. Learn these elaborative techniques that Muay Thai has to offer, with Professional Brazilian World Champion, Rafael Fernandes. 

 

Pilates

 Pilates starts with the fundamentals of mat work. In this class you will learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire pilates method is built. Following the peak method we will focus on the series. Working from your core to your extremities to strengthen your whole body. The heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level!

 

Aerial Yoga Abs+Hips

Aerial Yoga is a great way to get upside down and see things from a new perspective!  Every class will include zero compression inversions as well as aerial poses to increase strength and flexibility.  Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.  Please check with us before attending if you have any health concerns or physical limitations.  

 

X-Press Warrior

Start your day with this 45minute high energy class that will get your blood pumping, muscles working and heart racing. Utilizing equipment and body weight exercises to increase your overall fitness level. This class will have you burning calories through out the day that will leave your fat crying.

 

Kundalini Yoga

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting mantras, such as "Sat Num" meaning, "TRUTH IS MY IDENTITY". The Goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Winger Aerial Yoga class utilizes thematic material to engage your young teenagers in a fun class where he / she swings, stretches, spins, balances strengthens core muscles and opens the imagination.  Allowing them to discover the fun of exercise while developing courage and self-confidence. It is never too early to start the journey of becoming a Soul Warrior!
