Tania Tiff/ Hatha+Kundalini Yoga Teacher   Tania Tiffany Al Jaroudy graduated from the Kripalu School of Yoga in 2016 and specialized in Kundalini yoga in 2017 with Golden Bridge Yoga . She lived and practiced Yoga in New York City for 6 years prior to moving to Saudi Arabia. Tania holds an Industrial Design  degree from Parsons The New School for Design and is certified in UX design. She is passionate about the healing arts and is a Reiki 2 practitioner. She strongly believes that the combination of self-love, yoga, and meditation is the key to a balanced lifestyle. Her classes are  focused on healing spiritually and are open to all levels.

  Dima El Zein/ Aerial Fitness Instructor   Dima El-Zein Hammoud holds a masters degree in Educational Psychology.She started practicing Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga 9 years ago and found a lot of similarities between yoga and human psychology. Yoga is not merely a physical workout, it's a mind body exercise that teaches us self-care, self-love and self-awareness both on the mat and in our daily life. In 2014 Dima got an Aerial 1 + 2 teaching certificate from Christopher Harrison’s Anti gravity School and started giving Aerial classes at Soul Warrior. Aside from yoga, her hobbies are skiing, snorkeling, playing cards, blogging about fashion and watching soccer games.

She has studied in different countries and has a strong awareness of body posture. “I encourage my clients to take responsability for their own wellness by teaching them how to correct their posture”. In her childhood and teenage, she danced ballet and prepared herself to become a professional ballet dancer, but the scoliosis cut her dream after 9 years of training. She studied law and business administration and after years of working in these fields, she came back to her roots: “The human body”. Her pilates mission is to educate people about how much harm they can do when training inappropriately.  Her areas of expertise: Mat pilates, Anatomy, biomechanics and posture analysis. Low pressure fitness (Hypopressive abs).  She keeps working on knowing more about body movement and she will be certified in MOTR and Reformer in 2019.
